I aimed to create a hyperrealistic town roleplay, something you never find. Most are just miniature cities. I enjoy realism, so I decided to work towards it for every aspect of this small town.

Fairmont is based in the late 1990s to early 2000s, as evident by it's Blockbuster video store. Fairmont has all of the essentials, besides a school, post office, and library. Those are in the next town over. It's proud to have a small (but always empty) motel, and a classic 50's diner. It's got a nice but old bar, "The Renegade" or simply "The Bar" as locals call it. It's home to all sorts of people, young professionals who own brand new homes, older folks who have retired or lived their whole lives here. It's home to families, single people. It's a home for all, but it's a small one.

Everyone knows everyone in Fairmont. That's one of the nice aspects of creating a small town such as this. You can drive a roleplay in a certain direction, but without directly getting involved to do that.

Feel free to visit town one day- maybe you'll meet a lover, or a best friend. Maybe you'll run into an old soul with thousands of stories to tell. It's at the intersection of State Highway 4 and State Highway 6- so it's hard to miss. We'll be waiting for you!
